We manufacture switchboards and switch cabinets for working machines, industrial automation, various sectors of measurement and control and low voltage switchboards.
We manufacture switchboards and switching cabinets for customers according to the technical and drawing documentation supplied in advance. At the same time we offer the possibility of drawing up technical and drawing documentation by our design office.
Construction and instrumentation of switchboards:
- We use steel, stainless steel or plastic enclosures for switchboards from the world’s leading manufacturers – Rittal, Eldon, or according to the customer’s requirements.
- The equipment is installed in the cabinets and switchboards according to the project documentation and customer’s wishes.
- Wiring and interconnection of devices is carried out in plastic troughs, classic or halogen-free.
- The installation of the cabinets is carried out in accordance with ČSN standards. For each switchboard there is a production guide where the procedure is documented.
- For clarity and diagnostics, the wires in the terminal boxes and terminals of the devices are marked with directional markings, KKS codes or codes at the customer’s request.
- For each switchboard the customer receives a unit test report including the EC Declaration of Conformity.
