Traction gearbox testing room with 2x 1MW power

For testing traction gearboxes for trams, etc. we have developed and delivered a turnkey test room with an installed power of 2x 1MW. The entire unit is mounted on a floating foundation and during the test it is possible to introduce vibrations with an intensity of up to 10g in all three axes. Here too, energy recovery is used within a closed circuit between the drive and brake motors. Only frictional losses are thus covered. The control is implemented by a Siemens S7-300 PLC and Reliance SCADA.

1MW industrial gearbox test room

For the purpose of testing manufactured industrial gearboxes for mills, cement plants, oil platforms, etc., we have developed and delivered a turnkey test room with an installed power of 1000 kW and 710 kW. The
unique solution consists of maximum energy recovery through energy recuperation within a closed circuit between the drive and brake motors. This means that only frictional losses are covered. The control is implemented by Siemens S7-300 PLC and Reliance SCADA.

5-axis test bench for testing structural components

The test bench is used for loading the test specimen through dynamic stresses with different waveforms – sine, rectangle, data set. The delivery consisted of the development and supply of measurement and excitation cards for the control of hydraulic cylinders. The control of the test rig itself is implemented by Bosch Rexroth MLC series and SCADA system developed in MS Visual Studio. The SERCOS interface is used for internal communication.

12-axis test rig for dynamic loading of automotive parts

Developed to load the part under test through dynamic loading with different waveforms – sine, rectangle, data set. The actual control of the test bench with twelve hydraulic axes is implemented by Bosch Rexroth MLC series and SCADA system developed in MS Visual Studio. The SERCOS interface is used for internal communication.

Testing room for testing locomotives with energy recovery

The project included the complete supply of engineering, design, software and installation work. The test bed tests reconditioned locomotives to verify nominal performance values. Previously a completely lossless testing operation, where the energy produced by the traction generator heated a pool of water is now recuperated back into the power grid.
