Modular design, low-loss IGBT transistors and a revolutionary cooling system make this drive the quietest and most compact representative in its class.
Proven in thousands of applications, the Sinamics G150 drives impress with their low cost at all stages of the product life cycle: from product design and delivery, through assembly and commissioning, to day-to-day operation and service. The control unit performs calculations for controlling the power part of the inverter and at the same time provides an interface to the master system, with which it communicates with an isochronous, ie very fast and time-accurate protocol. Network modules supply current to the DC link. It is available in the following versions: Smart Line Module - diode bridge in the supply direction, IGBT in the reverse direction synchronized with the supply network. Active Line Module - diode bridge in the supply direction, IGBT in the reverse direction controlled by pulse width modulation; sinusoidal consumption and current recuperation with defined cos (φ). The motor modules are powered by a connected motor - there is a single-motor and twin-motor unit with a rated current of 3 to 200 A in the "booksize" version and an output of 75 to 1200 kW in the built-in version.
