Description and usage
MINI series resistance sensors are designed for measuring the temperature of liquid or gaseous substances in the temperature range -30 to 150 ° C. The sensors are equipped with a cable gland (a terminal block is located in the head) or a connector. In combination with the central holder, the sensor is suitable for measuring the temperature in air conditioning ducts. The combination of sensor and well is suitable for measuring in pipes. A modified variant of the sensor with welded-on screw connection is suitable for direct measurement of the medium in the pipeline. By extending the length of the stem, it is possible to use sensors up to temperatures of 250 ° C. The sensors can be used for all control systems that are compatible with the types of sensors or output signals listed in the table of technical parameters.
Temperature sensors are designed for operation in a non-aggressive environment.

Temperature sensors with cable
Description and usage
These resistance temperature sensors , cable temperature sensors, are designed for contact temperature measurement of gaseous, liquid or solid substances. The maximum temperature range of use is -50 ° C to 200 ° C. The 1.5 mm housing diameter ensures fast response to temperature changes and temperature measurements in hard-to-reach places. Wires with Teflon insulation without shielding are used as supply conductors and their length, including the housing, is 100 mm. The supply wires can be extended with different types of cables. Temperature sensors with cable are designed for universal use in chemically non-aggressive environments. The method of use must be chosen with regard to the temperature and chemical resistance of the housing and the supply cable.

Description and usage
Sheath resistance temperature sensors ( MGO temperature sensors ) are designed to measure the temperature of gaseous, liquid or solid substances. Their main advantage over the standard design of resistance temperature sensors is the formability of the sensor body. The temperature range of the measuring end is up to 500 ° C depending on the design of the temperature sensor. These jacketed resistance temperature sensors ( MGO temperature sensors ) can be used for all control systems that are compatible with the sensor type listed in the specifications table. Sheathed resistance temperature sensors ( MGO temperature sensors ) comply with the degree of protection up to IP 67 according to ČSN EN 60 529 depending on the type of supply cable and the used production technology. The housing diameter of 1.5 mm ensures a very fast time response of the sensor to a change in temperature.

Temperature sensors with bayonet
Description and usage
These resistance temperature sensors with bayonet TG 60, TG 61 and TG 62 are preferably designed for measuring the temperature of solids, but can also be used for measuring the temperature of liquids or gaseous substances. A bayonet nut is used to fasten the temperature sensor to the measuring point, which is screwed onto the spring. By combining a bayonet nut, a spring and a corresponding bayonet cap, it is possible to ensure a higher pressure of the temperature sensor with the bayonet in the measured place or to correct any changes in the distance between the nut and the measured place during the measurement. The maximum temperature range of the sensors is -50 ° C to 350 ° C (for a short time 400 ° C). The range is narrowed for the individual design variants by the type of temperature sensor and supply cable. Temperature sensors comply with the degree of protection from IP 50 to IP 67 according to ČSN EN 60 529, according to the variant of the supply cable.
Temperature sensors with a bayonet are designed for operation in a chemically non-aggressive environment, the method of use must be chosen with regard to the temperature and chemical resistance of the housing and the supply cable.

Flood sensors
Conductivity
Description and usage
Flood sensors ( level sensors ) consist of metal sensing electrodes and a plastic head in which the evaluation electronics are located. The connection of the 24VDC or 24VAC supply voltage and at the same time the idle state at the output of the relay or transistor is indicated by a green LED diode. A fault condition (creation of a conductive connection between the electrodes) is signaled by a red LED inside the box and a change in the state of the output transistor or relay contact. The relay output is selected by placing a jumper on the PCB. All metal parts are made of stainless steel DIN 1.4301, the basic length of the sensing electrodes is 50 mm. The supply cables are connected to the terminal board via glands that are part of the plastic head. The basic material of the head is POLYAMIDE.
Flood sensors ( level sensors ) work on the principle of different conductivity (conductivity) of air and water. Water becomes conductive to some extent due to dissolved minerals and organic substances. Under normal conditions (rainwater) it has a conductivity from 5 mS / m towards higher values. From this value, the sensitivity of the flood sensor itself (haldina sensors) is set with a margin (less than 1 mS / m). When the electrodes are connected by a conductive medium, a current (of the order of µA) passes through the circuit, which is detected by the evaluation electronics, which signals the status by a red LED, activating the output transistor (open collector) or closing the relay contacts.
Flood sensors ( level sensors ) are designed to signal fault conditions related to water leakage in industrial plants, but also in rooms, offices, or production halls in the range from 0 up to 80 ° C. Flood sensors (level sensors) comply with the degree of protection IP 65 according to ČSN EN 60 529 and meet the conditions for operation in a normal, chemically non-aggressive environment, the method of use must be chosen with regard to temperature resistance of the head and chemical resistance of the housing and sensor head.
Possible apps:
- Switch off the pump when the required level is reached
- Flooding of objects with groundwater, floods, sewers
- Flooding the sumps, switching on the pump when the level is reached
- Signaling a water leak from the washing machine, boiler, darling, etc.
- Flooding of the room due to various equipment failures - damaged filling supply to the toilet, overflowing bathtub, washbasin
- Condensate monitoring in the ventilation duct
